Shipping Information

We work hard to get your binder to you safely and quickly. Here's what to expect:

 

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, feel free to contact us—we may be able to accommodate special requests.

 

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

  • We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and order size.

  • Standard shipping is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Issues

Returns and Refunds

Because each binder is custom-designed and pre-made in limited runs, we do not accept general returns—but we’ll always make things right if there’s an issue with your order.

 

All Sales Are Final Once Shipped

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or mistaken orders. We ship orders within 24 business hours. If we are notified prior to shipping, we can work with you on a solution. There are no guarantees that this will be possible, but we will always try. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your binder arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • We may request photos of the product and packaging to help assess the issue.

 

Replacements or Refunds

  • If the issue is confirmed (e.g., shipping damage, wrong item sent), we’ll provide a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

 

Lost Packages

  • If your package appears lost in transit, reach out to us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it. We may offer a replacement or refund based on tracking confirmation and carrier resolution.
